My name is Rebecca and I am the founder and principal photographer at Bump to Bounce Photography.

I specialise in photographing children, babies and families.

My Story


Bump to Bounce Photography was founded in 2014, blending my lifelong love of photography and the arts with my delight in working with babies, children and families.


My photography journey began many years ago in my high school darkroom, developing film the traditional way—a process that quickly became an obsession. I first applied these skills to capture my travels and adventures, but it wasn’t until I started photographing babies and children that I discovered my true calling. Today, I am driven by the joy of documenting meaningful milestones in the lives of families.


My family means everything to me and play is at the heart of everything we do. This naturally transfers so my work where I focus on capturing real, natural connections. Using a play-based, lifestyle approach with a touch of posing, I aim to showcase each persons personality in a beautiful and authentic way.


I create a relaxed, fun environment where you and your little ones can be yourselves—allowing me to capture the true essence of your family.

- Yes. My current Federal Working with Children Check has been verified by both Bump to Bounce Photography as well as many of the Childcare Centres I work with.

 

 

Do you have a current First Aid Certificate?

 

- Absolutely YES! 

 

 

What training do you have?

 

- I take the safety and privacy of my clients very seriously, so I have undertaken numerous workshops and courses in the art and safety of newborn posing and handling. I take regular courses to ensure my methods are up to date and safe. 

 

I have photographed hundreds of newborns since the inception of Bump to Bounce Photography and literally 1000's of fabulous faces every year, so you can be confident that your family are in safe and experienced hands.
